The Woods of Shavano neighborhood is fortunate to have its own community park, two sets of tennis courts and two basketball goals. These venues provide an opportunity for residents to enjoy physical activity in the great outdoors, without leaving the neighborhood.
In light of COVID-19, please be aware, tennis court doors, locks, and equipment are not disinfected. For your safety and the safety of others, please sanitize your hands before and after entering the lock code and opening gate. Sanitizer is not provided so we recommend you bring your own.
The Woods of Shavano Community Association (WOSCA) Board has an agreement with Karen Mannheimer and Scott Wilbur of The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks to institute a Shared-Court Program. Tennis lessons are offered by the two tennis instructors, and leagues may be formed.
